Scoliosis, syringomelia, etc......HELP!

I am a 17 year old girl suffering from severe back pain, stiffness, knotting, lack of mobility, "Scoliosis" and "Syringomyelia". My jaw pops as do my knees. I also suffer from psoriasis. I do not know if any of these symptoms are interconnected. No Dr, specialist, surgeon or hospital has been able to provide any relief or any actual info. They tell me to take aleve! They tell me that my Scoliosis "just a hair under 40 degrees" is not bad enough for any actual medical attention aside from taking aleve. They say the same about my Syringomyelia and syrinx that spans my entire spine.I am in immense pain and about to start college and really need help!! Is it possible that my disorders are reciprocal and playing off one another? That makes perfect sense to me considering I have more than one back issue. So pain is not only from the scoliosis but I think contributed by both disorders. Though no one will take me seriously. I am not a fan of medication. I just want someone to steer me in the right direction, ie " surgery, brace, physical therapy, accupuncture, massage" just something as I know that it's just getting worse and no on wants to offer any help or target my problem. I don't want to wind up with nerve damage or in a wheelchair!!! Someone please point me to a DR, or in the right direction....Thank you, Kathryn. Tweet
