I bought a coastal Sauna's 4 person corner type at your recommendation a long time ago. I love it. I have been setting it at 140 and it hovers around 138 or so. It is kind of hard to reach an hour. How hot do you set yours and how often and for what amount of time do you stay in it? Thanks!
