Looking for far infrared sauna

Hi,
I'm trying to help my sister find a Far Infrared Sauna . Does any one have any tips? She wants soft wood, two seats and up to 190 degrees.
If anyone knows of brands or websites to look for or avoid, please let me know.

and have been very happy, but there are a lot out there now. Funny, it was easier for me to buy my car.
You might want to let your sister know, she will not find an infrared sauna that heats up to 190 degrees. Infrared works differently than the traditional saunas with the hot rocks. Since it heats your core instead of the air, you will sweat at a much lower temperature than the traditional type saunas. In turn you can stay in the sauna longer and get many more benefits. The most I've seen go to 150, but since your core is being heated, many sweat at 110.
If you have any more questions let me know. I have a wellness center with 3 of them running all day.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,346,900I bought a coastal Sauna's 4 person corner type at your recommendation a long time ago. I love it. I have been setting it at 140 and it hovers around 138 or so. It is kind of hard to reach an hour. How hot do you set yours and how often and for what amount of time do you stay in it? Thanks!

This is a reply to # 1,477,574I stay in my sauna anywhere from 30-45 minutes. It usually hovers around 135 degrees if I let it warm up sufficiently.
I cannot stay in the sauna too long if I am not hydrated before, or if I haven't had a lot of protein to eat that day... then I feel faint and sick, similar to symptoms of heat stroke.
I usually set the sauna to warm up, use my elliptical for about 15-20 minutes, then use my "jiggly machine" (vibration exercise machine) for 10 minutes, then sit-ups for a few minutes. By then, the sauna is about 125 degrees, and then I sit in it for the remainder of the hour. - Re: Dr. Brooke? twinklewu

We are a professional Far Infrared Sauna manufacturer in China.As far as I know ,it's better not stay long time in Sauna,especial for the unmarried boy....two or three times a weeks is preferable.

This is a reply to # 1,336,592Your sister should not use any sauna at 190 degrees - it is way too high and could hurt or kill her. Check out the saunas at "www.infra-sun.com" - good prices for cedar saunas with carbon heaters.

That is the sauna I purchased. I wanted a 3-person one so it would fit 2 people comfortably. It won't fit 3-people comfortably (my boyfriend and I are not big -- well, we are not obese and still this sits only 2 adults comfortably -- maybe 3 kids, so saying it is a 3-person sauna is an exaggeration.)
The plug requires a dedicated 30-amp circuit though... so watch out for electrical requirements. It is a nice sauna, everyone admires it when they come to my house, and it isn't much more expensive than one of those sauna bags/tents... and the customer service is fabulous.
If you get a smaller one it doesn't require a 30-amp circuit, so don't worry -- just read the electrical requirements!!!

Hi - I have a Clearlight infrared sauna. I did a lot of research and they are the one that stood out as the most therapeutic.
