It's a good point. Agent Orange has been found in the water of Antarctica.

This is not the whole point to consider though. With organically grown foods you will still have far less poison involved. Total body burden should be far less.

You will also have more nutrients because organic means you have to build the soil. Today's agri-farmed foods are grown on depleted soils. Not only that but there are lots of live micros in the soil on an organic farm, compared to almost zilch on a depleted soil farm.

Maybe Franken-varieties of food are beyond the bounds of the topic but I'd consider it. They are certainly not associated with organic type farming.
