Hope this helps some until Uny can answer your question but I will tell you that I will only use Uny's Superfood.  I know the formula is what its supposed to be whereas I can't be assured that Dr. Schulze's is since Uny has said he has caved to the PTB and Dr. Christopher's son has also changed his formulas.  Just my opinion, I like to be assured I'm getting what the original formula was and I AM assured when I get it from Uny.
