Chris,of course i consider vit d3 to be essential,probably the most widespread defiencey there is,
but i have seen some anti info lately that i don't believe.

i take 1000 iu when i get sun, 3000 when i don't.

8000 when i'm sick.

dr. robert rowen,leading naturalpath, uses 50,000 2x weekly with all his cancer patients.

great article about curing macular degeneration using micro current stimulation in his latest newsletter.very effective.and info on CO sensitivity.
