i still get the excruciating little pains in my joints when i drink "too much" silver

it this silver toxicity or herxheimer?

should i keep drinking as much as i can tolerate and blast through it, or lower the dose to avoid the pains?

i have a no pain, no gain mentality
but i don't want to make myself sick for nothing
and turn blue, if this is silver toxicity
