Help!

Okay so I decided to perform a probiotic enema. by the time i retained the second one and when I released some red fluid with stool entered the toilet bowl followed by a bunch of little white things in the toilet. They were almost the size of rice and some were clustered together like saurkraut. I wiped and the toilet paper was pink. The third time The red fluid was on the saurkraut like things. It was coating the saurkraut like things in the toilet. I wiped and touched some of the red fluid and it had a very gelatinous texture and now it seems to have stopped. What was it, some form of parasite? I have already done a cleanse and I have not seen much dead parasites in a while. Anybody ever had this experience? I did not feel any pain which is interesting. Well now I do have bit of a headache.
