thanks donn - but i'm not doing it.

my osteopath - who is awesome - also trained as a chiropractor and does manipulations where necessary. it doesn't go well for me - i end up vomiting and in bed for days. i've had similar reactions in the past from other practitioners.

and now that i have no nerve pain after my fast, there is no way on god's green earth that i am letting anyone touch my neck... for a long while... ;)
