Hi Lulu,
Your post is years old but I'm hoping you receive my reply. I'm in the middle of a Water Fast only to have a pinch nerve occur in my lower lumbar. The pain/ache is excruciating and I gave in to a steroid injection. How on earth did you handle the pain for 6 days??? Did you even take a Tylnol?
