That's sixty or seventy pounds in three weeks.
I recommend taking your financial loss now and look at long term health goals.
Water fasting is a good choice towards those goals and you want to include diet changes and exercise activities as well.
This short term bet could be easily tossed aside in light of the enormous benefits that can be had on a long term goal.
The long term goal is where lifestyle changes happen and where your biggest rewards lay.
