I'm sorry I didn't see your post.

Yes, OP does whiten the teeth, between 2 or more shades whiter.

You should do it for the bacteria....but the whitening effect is a great side benefit, and the result of getting rid of the bacteria.

No, I haven't noticed anything with my teeth and the silica, but everything else...hair, nails and skin are exceptional. I must have been wayyyyy deficient in this stuff.
