Thought i'd check this site out after you raved about the oil-pulling.

Does it whiten teeth then? I've been using one of those pen whiteners, it is oxygen based. It does seem to work. I also have a eraser type gadget, it works a bit like a eraser and is good at getting off tough stains from coffee.

So you haven't noticed any improvement in your tooth enamel yet from the DE (silica water)?
