hello enzyme,
may i suggest a few things:
water fasting until your natural hunger returns (means your body is ready to break the fast) - usually 25-60 days of water fasting.
If you feel you cannot go over 10 days of
Water Fasting then prepare to do another fast a few weeks later OR do a juice fast for about 30 days. 10 days of
Water Fasting will not allow adequate time for your body to heal. You still will probably see an improvement in your condition though, even at only 10 days.
***lead up to your fast by eating only raw food***, NO MEAT!, limit heavy carbs, try not to eat cooked foods.. this will make the fast much easier, if you eat meat, carbs and cooked processed foods before the fast you will have a much tougher time.
RESEARCH!!! fasting is no joke, there is a thin line in between fasting and a starvation diet so do research and educate yourself fully!
