thanks for the quick reply everyone, i must say i really like this formula, i know barefoots didnt work for me and i ended up taking about 20caps daily so i switched to this, hopefully i can cleanse my colon finally, i will start this tomorrow since its late in the day and i want to make sure everything is flowing as it needs too
