You are asking people to issue out advice irresponsibly. For someone to be helpful they must understand the situation at hand.

If you are just looking for information you can read the ebooks that were suggested and get all your questions answered from there.

You ask this forum for insight of the situation at hand. For people to responsibly give insight they need certain questions answered.

Listing that you do not consume sodium is vague and doesn’t really narrow why you feel sick.




I strongly suggest you talk to a physician who specializes in fasting. They would better be able to narrow down what the issue is.
