I think a good diet(highly assimilated high nutrient foods) is the first move! Ignoring this is probably what causes any failure rates in treatment of isolated elements! Those who use elements or simple compounds like cesium chloride will see better results if you are using all the needed essential elements ,it may mean the difference between success and failure!
Things like kelp which contain all the trace elements known to man or black strap molasses which contain needed carbons in a highly buffered form are two of these highly assimilated nutrient dense foods I am talking about! The almighty high nutrient lemon will do everything a citrate will do plus add other needed elements!
Diet is critical, proper nutrition is critical !
