This is interesting... and I would love to beleive it's that simple. I already use good salt (himayalan, recently) and L.D kelp, which I really like.
No dulse though...here is a funny thing I've noticed with dulse (granted it was powdered dulse, and not the pieces).
It somehow always made me feel a bit like I was drowning, upon eating it--even though my head told me it was good for me. I can't really explain it any better than that; and it doesn't happen with kelp or nori or hijiki or wakame...A curiousl taste and sensation that I can only relate to the feeling of drowning. I believe I had a near-drowning experience as a child, and the same salty, oppressed feeling is what would happen with the dulse.
