SAMA.... are you still there? How's it going with insotil/choline?

Hey Sama! Just checking in to see how things are going with you. Are you still taking the insotil/choline? What other things are you trying and are they working?

I'm still taking the combination, though I have knocked it down to 400mg a day instead of 800mg. I'm still shedding while taking this stuff. My hair seems to be thicker at times, it just depends. Seems I'm gaining a lot of weight, too but I'm not sure what that's all about. Not sure that the combination is the cause. I just started taking Folligro 3 days ago. We'll see how that goes. The taste is nasty but if it works, hey! I'll just keep holding my nose while it's going down!

Has anyone checked on candida? I've been looking into this and thinking this may be part of my problem. Has anyone been treated for this and did it work? If so, what treatment did you use? I've been thinking about ordering the candidate that I found online.
