Congrats to you. That is great. I was wondering where you got the info on the hyrdotherapy? It sounds interesting. Do you have adrenal problems? I have kidney soreness and adrenal exhaustion.

I will see if UNY thinks I should do these hot and cold I am assuming showers, but I don't know what you are talking about.

Could you point me to where I can read about them. I might be too weak to do them, but like I said Uny is going over my case and will get back to me.
