high prolactin

please help me understand what is wrong with me.

I have been on suboxone for chronic pain and have low testosterone due to this. Now I suffer severe anxiety and insomnia and a test showed high prolactin. I need an MRI before they treat me. If and when they start bromocriptine (I hope) will this help my symptoms? yes my libido is very very low but I just want to end this anxiety. I am so afraid to have to feel this way
