L-Cystine in large doses (see other posts on that) has helped my wife and I during similar phases. At my worst, taking grams of L-Cystine turned the tide my way. It supposedly helps dissolve their outer membranes/shell.

I had a particularly disturbing experience similar to yours, which was made worse by the raw truth of knowing what was happening. Its like waking up from the matrix..There is a wealth of posts on here- these same issues and experiences always come up and get rehashed, so I recommend reading back posts if you are not doing that already.
