Symptoms of Parasite die off?

Whenever it seems I use a strong thing that can kill parasites or Garlic I usually wake up the next morning after taking it a few days and feel really really bad! My heart skips beats it seems and I have anxiety etc., mostly when using something strong and not just regular Grapefruit-Seed-Extract or Olive leaf (Usually Oregano Oil or something of that strength).

Does the strength matter that much and should you start slow or cloeanse the kidneys and liver before starting to make sure you are strong enough for those die offs?

The die offs seem really bad as I get a headache and diarreah when I get up and seem very off the whole day, sometimes hands tingling and so on all day and dizziness or cloudy head etc. Does anyone get this if they take something to kill the parasites? Tweet
