Yes, thank you...it was exactly a feeling of "I don't know if I can live" or "if I can do this" - and the thing is I've been researching fasting for years, and have done about a dozen juice fasts the last 5 years.

I'm now 24 hours into my latest water fast, so we'll see how this one goes.
