Re: Blindness cause by fasting?

Hi Roxy33, I always like to think extremes. May be because I work in the health care field. If people who receive conventional poisonous treatments for cancer e.g. such as chemotherapy or radiation, who vomit all the food they take, who loose their hair and develop many new symptoms during and after the "therapy", whose immune system is depressed, who are anemic and deficient in vital nutrients and extremely toxic at the same time, if they can survive, how can a temporary (20-40 days)abstinence from food (unless a person is critically ill or anorexic) cause blindness, death etc.
To me an unsupervised fast still seems much safer than most of the MD supervised conventional treatments or medications. Supervised fast is good if you can afford it.
