Thanks for the encouragement. I realize now that I always have not done very long fasts simply b/c I need to function and get tired. I would really need time when I can be lazy. I needed to focus yesterday to cross train and wrap things up at work. But that's okay. I will continue shorter fasts - I am fasting one day weekly now. Vacation will be okay - we'll eat at restaurants sometimes which has a lot of cons but we'll also be road tripping part of it and I'll be eating out of grocery stores - veggies/hummus/etc.
