Re: And sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel is another dang train!
Thanks for the advice, H. Good information as usual and I will look into those herbs and the magnesium for Luealla.
As for myself, I am tremedously improved. When I arrived here in Utopia about two months ago I could only walk with hesitating steps and the only way I could climb the stair was to put both feet on each step and hold onto the railing. Now I take a brisk morning walk of half a mile or so and I can scamper up the stairs.
I am taking a daily supplement of horsehair silica and, though not supplementing with Vitamin C, I have been drinking plenty of fruit juice, eating blueberries and enjoying the delicious cantaloupes that are in season now. I also take MSM sulphur, hiyaluonic acid, fish oil, glucosamine, chondrotin and collagen along with trace minerals, L-lysine and curcumin. I have to say that the chirpractic treatments on the spinal decompression machine and the electric stim pads have worked wonders and the doctor says I am ahead of schedule likely due in part to the good supplements I have been taking religously.
I wish I had access to a swimming pool, but I don't. But the back2life machine and inversion table I will have soon after getting home should help, along with an orthopedic computer chair and better mattress. Luckily I caught some very good sales and had just enough to swing those items.
All the best,
Tony
