Mary,
My medical DR. believed me as I have been going to him for over 15 years and he knows my history. My OB-GYN was a little bit skeptical, but I printed her off the MirenaAwaress.com sight and underlined all my symptoms on the last page. She actually was a little surprised and didn't fully admit that's the culprit, but was going to have her daughter take hers out. HMMMMM!
Also, I have a friend who just had her Mirena removed today after seeing what I have been going through. We've known each other since we were three and now just both turning 35, she got it out. She gave the nurse info. (MrenaAwareness sight) and the nurse said they have been removing alot more lately than putting in due to side effects. I think her OB-GYN just acted surprised and was interested in the info....they won't admit it because the Docs don't want to be tied to a law suite! Well, I second embracing the GOOD days, and trying to power through the
icky ones!
Hugs, Lisa:))
