Re: Candida Diet for Type 1 Diabetics?

You probably feel very sick after you exercise becuase your liver is overtaxed. Abd to top itoff your body isn't getting what it needs to perform the extra activities. Do you take liver support?

I have what I'd consider a pretty heavy training schedule and you're right, you do need fuel. But I'd be dead if I ate that processed crap they sell as food. Ang God...JUICE with candida?? Yikes!

I try to fill in gaps with beans, and small amounts of grains like corn and brown rice. I eat the same damn things all the time but whatever :-).
you can;t eat the standard three huge meals either. Try four to six smaller meals or snacks. Doctors assume stuff like granola bars are healthy. They don't know anything about nutrition. You could also try a healthier alternative protein drink like the ones they sell at the health food store. The REAL health food stores, not GNC or one like that. I notice I react less to those but still I don't seem to tolerate whey very well at all. I sometimes mix pure soy powder with a tiny bit of flavored whey ( the whey has more taste ).
I'm a lady so I don't have the protein needs of a man but do resistance training so I do need extra protein and some carbs.
