I was so happy about my sleep recovery, that I completely forgot to mention the *main* reason why I began the original search for a natural cure, outside of mainstream medicine that was flooding me with pills.

I had developed hives. They would pop up all over my body without any warning. Some would be quite large, like massive boils. Others, were a series of tiny bumps along the path wherever I would scratch. I eventually tracked the condition down to Dermatographic Urticaria. As usual, from all reports from the mainstream world of doctors, there is no known cause and no known cure. I wasn't buying that.

Over the course of the last few months, I've managed to bring the occurrences of the hives down to a manageable level. In fact, they hardly pop up now; I haven't seen them in at least two to three weeks. My skin still gets red wherever I scratch. I know that many people would say that's normal, but my skin would never get red from normal scratching. Ever since the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) therapy, my skin gets red less often. The hives are still gone.

So, all in all, the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) was a healthy addition to my "healing" regimen. As a completely unexpected bonus, it cured my sleeping disruption. I'll try to update further into the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) treatment whether there is a further change in the Urticaria.
