Hi MCP,

Your question: I've been having pain/aches in my muscles for about a few months now. I'm taking magnesium/potassium and drink plenty of water with a pinch of Himalayan salt.

I have not done anything to make the muscles sore or painful, but it does feel like when you overdo something and you get sore the next day. It is worse when waking up in the morning although my left arm/shoulder hurts all the time, but I think that's because of something else. The pain/ache are all in my arms and legs. I also have feet/toe cramping at night quite often. Sometimes I wear socks to bed because I've heard that keeping the feet warm might prevent nightly feet/toe cramps.

Could this be fibromyagia? I have no clue about the symptoms of that. The only other things I know of would be lack of water/salt/potassium/magesium OR too much salt.

Any thoughts?

Answer: Doing the same things over and over expecting Different Results may be a sign of insanity!

I have repeatedly stated that the Lack of Calcium shall Cause Muscle Contractions resulting in Painful Muscles!

As long as you choose to believe False info and follow False advice, you shall continue to have Painful Muscles!

If Magnesium without Calcium could Stop Painful Muscles, then WHY are you still having Painful Muscles?
