Help! DIY Black Mold removal

Hi All!

I've got a mold problem in my basement and am looking for some advice on DIY removal. I already had a mold report done and the types of mold were identified as Cladosporium and Non-sporulating fungi. I'm not sure how toxic either of these are and whether it's time to call in some professionals or if I can take care of the issue on my own.

My specific questions are:

1 - How do I go about removing and treating the issue on my own?

2 - Do I need to knock down the drywall in IMG_0690 to get at any mold potentially lurking behind it?

3 - Should I replace the wooden door frame in IMG_0693?
