mahalo nui loa which in Hawaiian means thank you very much - there are many different approaches and I understand that your words however were quite helpful and i so appreciate that. I have just ifnished a week on the master cleanse, am going away for a retreat in the rain forest and will do the kidnet lfush while there and then home to do the liver fluch wiht colonics and some more bowel cleansing -it feels right.
