Are there different advantages/disadvantages of using tinctures, capsules, or teas?
I know what my intuition says, but would like some infomation to back it up.
I know that capsules are easier for many people to take, and Dr.Christopher used capsules for that very reason.
Is there a difference in the way they are absorbed into the body?
I have been putting some formulas together for people and they want capsules, not tinctures or teas! I would like some information to back up my thinking or to find out that it really doesn't matter. Or that different things are called for for different uses.
