As the particles get larger the first color (frequency) you will see with Ionic EIS Silver is pale yellow. Smaller particles don't reflect light and give off no color. What size is best depends on many factors.

As for neutral silver (non ionic). I'm not sure which range of colors you would see. Not much information available yet.
