The first thing to make sure is that your hormones are within the normal female range. Many women have a bit of hair on the uppper lip, but perhaps 10% of women have a full-blown moustache growth because their testosterone levels are in the male range. In those instances, neither laser nor anything else is going to get rid of the moustache permanently unless or until hormones are back in the normal female range.

Personally, I shave.
