Re: unknown allergens

The reason I'm posting this stuff now, is for people to consider things they may have never heard about before either. I don't remember Dr Sutter saying if he had had allergies or not with his sick liver.

It's kind of a catch .22, because getting the liver cleaned up is supposed to help with the allergens, which I'm not doubting..but I have to laugh at myself when I step back and look at it in this way:

Here I am, trying to clean up the liver so I can be free of allergens, while at the same time I'm hitting my liver with stuff that turn out to be in the same allergen family for what I'm trying to get rid of :)

Poor liver. It's probably a good thing it can't really vocally tell me what it thinks. It probably will breathe a sign of relief from having a break from these things now, after 2 years of hitting it hard with them.

But, I think Dr Sutter said it took him 4 years to get himself straightened around.
