Strange tiny yellow balls in stool while on parisite cleanse

Hello,
5 days into Dr. Clarks parasite cleanse I ate some fresh cherries and later I had the most foul smelling stool (almost diarrhea)and floating in with it was a bunch of tiny little yellow or tan colored balls maybe the size of a ball point pen or a bit bigger, they were all uniform in size.
Does anyone know what that all might have been about?
This is my first parasite cleanse.
50 years old, female.
