Re: Erythritol

So it's the KIND of bacteria that makes it toxic not the way it's fermented?? If so, how on earth would a person know the difference just by looking at it? Or should I continue my 'better safe than sorry' rule? Sometimes the bad stuff doesn't have a bad smell or bad taste or even bad appearance!!

Would it be ok to take, say, probiotics with meals to help take care of any unwanted bugs? Yeah I know stomach acid should do that, but I'm still working on building that up.

Would bitters take care of unwanted bugs?

What about taking some bug killing oregano oil with meals?
