I don't see how that can be mainstream propaganda when the evidence of ignoring vaccination is to overwhelming. Don't know you remember the Polia incident in Nigeria? It spread to different countries. There are now more cases of Polio in Nigeria,Pakistan or India where certain local people refuse the vaccinations then in Somalia. A country that has been in a state of civil war with no government since 1991. The difference? Somalis took the vaccination.

There are cases of people mostly children dying from Measles because to many parents believe the crap that is told about the MMR vaccination.
