Hey frustrated girl,
I'm 30 and I went a few years ago for laser hair removal. You need to go for 3 months in a row at the same time and it costs about $150 each time. After the 3rd treatment my hairgrowth dissappeared for about 3 months after that. I haven't gone back yet but my growth is still lighter. It was on my chin and a few on my neck and by my jawline. I recommend the laser if you can afford it. I can't right now but as soon as I can that's what I'm doing again. It just takes the frustration out of day to day tweezing.
