I have had sinusitis for about 40 years and I have been using Humaworm's medicated cream. I put just a small dab on a q-tip and swab it up my nose and I have not had any sinus head aches since. If I don't use it at night then I wake up with sinus problems.

My mother in law has had bronchitis every year for years and years due to the mold that grows on her next door neighbors chimney. I told her to start using the medicated cream and this was the first year that she did NOT have bronchitis.

Another thing that I have found that works for me for Hay Fever is Sesame Oil. The brand is Hain and It is 100% expeller pressed and has vitamin E added and is all natural. I got mine in the Raleys health section. It is light yellow in color. Don't get the dark kind that you cook with, that is the wrong one.

The pollen can't stick to your sinuses when you apply the sesame oil up your nose with a q-tip.
