My 1st Colon Hydrotherapy (CHT) Testimony

Hi Folks,

After 3 mths of IP, 47-days of juice fasting, 7 LFs and daily CEs, I didn’t think it’s going to do too much, but I decided to give it a try anyways. And, what better timing would be right after a LF. I scheduled the CHT the 2nd day after the flush. I didn’t want to do it the day after coz I wanted to collect and examine the junk that came out of the flush. That means I had to skip IF#1/2 for an extra nite and ½ day. As ya’ll know, that’s a very bad idea! You should resume immediately and even up those right after the flush to expel and trap all the residual craps. This is a little price I have to pay for the sake of a control experiment.

During the actual session, I wasn’t really paying attention to the tubing nor could see very well w/o my glasses. I thought I’d have a chance to examine the output after the session, so I took off my glasses and tried to relax, but unfortunately with that particular system everything goes straight to the sewage. And, thank God that I scheduled the session on the 2nd day after the flush. If I had done it on the 1st day, I would have missed a huge 1” BIG MAMA stone that came out of this flush and not knowing how successful the flush was.

According to the therapist , nothing much came out. Some bile, one parasite (me think mucous strand) and some stones. There was no food coz I had fasted for the past 2.5 days with no IF#1/2. No IF#2 coz I wanted to see what comes out of the CHT. No IF#1, coz I used ES in my LF. ES is sufficient enough as a laxative for me. Besides, my colon is rather effective at purging foreign matters such as stones (when given sufficient hydration). ES would draw water into the colon to facilitate the purge. There’s no need to overlap the two for me. What my colon does very poorly and love to hang onto are the MP that have been stuck onto the lining of the colon for ages. My colon does not considered those foreign matters and have no urge to expel them. Those MP are native habitants that have made themselves cozy at home as part of my colon. So that it’s very important to resume IF#1/2 immediately as soon as the influx of stones and the ES wears off. There’re tiny stones or craps that are not irritating to the colon enough to be expelled and they would get trapped and become part of the native habitants. I thought that’s where the CHT would come in handy – flush out the residual matters.

The therapist wasn’t able to get to the last segment of my colon (clean water start coming out about 2/3 of the way in). I think that’s coz I had a small salad 5hrs ago. The salad was starting to make its way into the colon blocking the incoming water to move up further. I can see the salad ( tomato skins) in the toilet when I evacuate right after the session. I didn’t think the food would have travelled that fast. That’s probably true under normal circumstances, but w/ all that water going in and emptying the bowel, it might have speed things up a little. The therapist didn’t think it was the salad and recommended another session a week later to get to the last segment of the colon. I’m not sure if I’d do it again, at least not with this system coz of the trade-offs. I would like a system that retains the output for further examination. I would also like to try another therapist just to compare. I was hoping that the therapist would do a little body work prior to the session or at least try to feel any kinks and knots or harden matter in my abs. I suppose that would cause extra. ;) Although, at one point, she did aggressively massage the left quadrant of my ab to facilitate the movement of the water.

After the session, I went home and had a salad for dinner. I resumed my IF#1/2 that nite, but skipped the Coffee-Enema for the nite and did an extra OP and took extra AC along with IF#2. The next morning poop was as usual, 24”-30” in length, floating (means there’s embedded MP). I broke the poop apart to look for any abnormalities. Nothing out of the ordinary, just some embedded MP. (I noticed my MP output has substantially decreased over the past week, will see if this trend continues.) My subsequent bms also didn’t show that much MP, just a few balls of clay/soften MP (one with a hook, some parasite must be tunneling thru that hook to delivered nutrient to keep their host alive). I also notice there’s no small residual stones in the poop which is typical of me on the 3rd day after a LF. So, the CHT did wash out those tiny left-overs.

I have no doubt that CHT would have been a tremendous help and speed things up at the beginning of my cleansing journey, but not at this point, esp. considering the trade-offs. Also for $90/session, I’m more tempted to invest in a Colema Board which would pay for itself after 3 sessions! Now, all I need is a personal massage therapist specialized in visceral work to complete the home CHT kit. LOL! I’m still glad that I did it. Although a little late in the game, but I need to try it at least once, so that I can convince my dad to do this as a prep for his next colonoscopy instead of the typical 3-day Epsom Salt ASSAULT. I had always wonder about that prep., is 3 days enough to get your colon squeegee-clean!?! Or, just clean enough for the procedure? Didn’t Wings posted a colonoscopy clips of hers??? It looked pretty clean and free of MP to me!!!

-Blessings, tie.
