This is a Morgellons Parisite take a look at this website. I have these in my mouth (cheeks, tounge and gums) and nose. It will get worse, much worse if you don't start trying to treat. See this website for treatment - Marc has a great oil that I use and mouthwash. But his site is very infomative and has good pics of this parasite. http://www.morgellons-research.org/morgellons/
