Name this parasite?

I coughed it out about 5 minutes ago. Disgusting.

Here are my symptoms, they may help with identification:

-Occasional itching sensation in my sinus and inner ears. It moves around.

-Frequent hemorrhoids and anal itching...

-Constantly blocked sinus, chronic cough, constant phlegm in throat/lungs

-Difficulty breathing

-Chronic constipation and gas buildup

-Anemia + Dark eye circles. Pretty poor blood circulation.

Anyway, on to the picture. Sorry for the blurriness. All my cameras stink.

The "THING" itself is really thin, like a pin.
It's semi-transluscent, with a reddish pink section located in the middle. One of the ends was coiled up when it came out.

Augh, I can't believe these things are in me. I took Humaworm and some herbal tinctures a few months ago with zero results and I'm starting to lose hope.  Took iodine but it practically destroyed my joints and I could barely walk, so I'm waiting til I'm healthier for that. Now I'm starting MMS in the coming days, it's really the only thing I have yet to try. I've been zapping daily for about about 2 weeks but I think it's only making them more active because I just feel them crawling in my abdominal and neck areas more and more.
