liver flushing & acupuncture

Hi everyone,

Every month this year I have liver flushed as well as doing regular enemas and a couple of colonics. The pain in my liver has reduced DRAMATICALLY and I have removed hundreds of flukes and stones. I am amazed my liver functioned at all.

However, I did feel like my liver was exhausted and immediately after the last flush had bad stabbing pain and intense back pain. I decided to give it a break for a bit and have recently gone back to acupunture and chinese herbs. I will continue to flush but I wonder has anybody else felt this 'exhaustion' and felt they needed to strengthen the liver again?

I don't feel there's enough literature on this kind of thing and maybe I'm oversensitive but I certainly feel as though strengthening the liver in between flushes is a very important part of the recovery process. I think chinese medicine is a fantastic way to do this.
