Hmmm I do the lemon and water most days but I never thought to add stevia. Nice idea! I'll be trying that... I got put off stevia from some baaad muffins I tried to make a few years back. but I think it was just the muffins.
olive oil daily too, is a good idea. I struggle so badly with the mixture even the smell of olive oil makes me gag now. But I think I can cope with one tablespoon. both great ideas, thanks for the feedback.
I have had great success, though I feel quite puffy and have put on a few kilos this year that I just cannot shift. I started to wonder if my kidneys were under stress from it all and holding water. so yes, break time definitely. But i have learned an awful lot about my body (for better or worse!) this year.
I look at people and imagine flukes swimming around their liver now - terrifying (and a bit creepy on my part!)...
