Re: On that path!
Cr8 gives good advice here. What seems to confuse many is that we do say to do the program for at least 90 days. It's all a matter of how much you have in your liver and colon to get rid of. Then it's the other junk in the rest of the body like the joints, arteries, tissues, perhaps candida in the intestines, blood or organs that one has to do to get on top of all this. It's a very personal program as far as time is concerned. There's no specific time element that meets everyone's needs or even specific nutritional supplements that meets everyone's needs. The 90 days is just a guess-timate for the not-too-sick person who arrives here and wants to get on top of it and get their health back. The key to success is definitely to stay on (A) dewormer until the main infestation is gone, then go on maintenance. More can be better in the case of the Barefoot dewormer. The whole message is: "don't stop ---unless you don't mind getting re-infested with parasites and don't stop until your liver and colon is cleaned out. That's the only way to get rid of the parasites. Start with either the liver or the colon. Liver first in the case of the more sick ones, colon for those able to do the liver flushes after their colon cleanse. Clean out of what's in the liver now, and what might come down thru it from the blood, lymph and tissues or other parts of the body towards the end of this program. If you want a super level of health back, then just keep working at it. You'll feel better soon. BUT-- and here's the "but" everyone needs to consider--You might have quite a bit more to do before you really get to where you want to be with your level of health. This "do it for 90 days" stuff probably needs this kind of explanation to those who have never done the program and don't really understand how it works yet.
Work your life around this program, just keep going until you get your best health. Don't forget the exercise, doing what makes you happy and keeping faith that this does work.
