I am getting conflicting information about how to get my body to absorb calcium and whether cows milk should be avoided. One says drink cows milk alot eventhough it is very high in phosphate..the other says avoid at all cost. My body is very high in phosphate so I'm adjusting my diet completey to avoid the early arthritis I am developing in my joints at 39!! Very scary..anyway..And what do you think of the liquid calciums available because I really hate milk..??
