I've heard both opinions on shaving facial hair. I shave because it's rather noticeible, all the time. BUT I have figured out that the suppliment NAC (n-acytlate-cysteine) does slow down hair growth!! I was taking NAC and then switched to l-cysteine because l-cysteine works better for my allergies and asthma. I also notice the the hair grows more and I shave more often. So taking NAC may just help! As for shaving, keep it to a minimum if you can, just the areas that show up the worst, and leave the areas that don't show much alone. It's much easier on the skin! :)
